I hear this question quite a bit. While part of the work we do does include cleaning lines and cleaning taps, we are not "tap cleaners" or "line cleaners."
We are Draught Quality Technicians and Specialists trained and certified.
What's the difference?
Well, historically a "tap cleaner" runs water and a cleaning solution through the lines and is done in an hour or so.
We run water and a cleaning solution through the lines using mechanical recirculation, strictly adhering to the Brewers Association standards and using the most advanced products and equipment. At every service we ensure that every component from keg to faucet is removed, disassembled and cleaned. We inspect the overall condition of the system, from O-rings to pressure settings, and share our findings. Our service runs between 90 minutes and 3 hours, because quality takes time.
Our method is the industry best practice and proven to be 80 times more effective.
Our goal is to make sure that your sizable investment is maintained and that the product you are selling your customer is at it's peak.
Studies have shown that a properly maintained system is more profitable, even with the expense of maintenance.
So, what is the difference? The difference is Clear.
